The Ziggo CPE needs to be replaced. We will make sure to minimize the duration of this maintenance. The expected downtime will be approximately 10-30 minutes.

This means the following services will be unavailable during the replacement. • The VPN connection between the Paleiskade and the HUB will be down, no internet/phone communication will be possible • citrixdhd.onepeterson.com will be unavailable. Workaround for Citrix is in place for end users, they can access Citrix by using the alternate url https://citrix.pcugroup.com Internet connectivity and hosted websites are still available.

After the change, the internet connection will be restored.
